Trees are in bloom and the sun is (sometimes) shining—spring is here! The first day of May is the traditional date of the ancient festival of spring, now celebrated as the European holiday, May Day. Many cultures celebrate by dancing around a maypole and crowning the Queen of May. Plus, a tradition we love: gifting bouquets to your friends and neighbors.
